My First Award?! – The Entertainer Blogger Award

Hey guys!

The awesome Matt-in-the-Hat nominated me for The Entertainer Blogger Award. Apparently, I’m a “funny, inspiring and entertaining” blogger. Anyway, thanks a bunch Matt! Love ya, and thank you for the nomination!

So here’s what I’m supposed to do:

• Write a post including the award picture.

I’ve never done one of these award posts before, so I’m REALLY excited. And now that I’m all fired up, let’s begin.

Why did you start to blog?

I’ve never really had anyone to share my passion for anime with. Whenever I used to watch anime or listen to JPop, I’d always fangirl to myself, or pretend like someone else was there. Thinking back, I guess that was kind of weird. XD

A few months ago, while scrolling through the web, I stumbled upon some anime bloggers. In that instant, something clicked. I wanted to be just like them. I wanted to share my thoughts and opinions with actual people who had their own thoughts and opinions. And I knew I could. So I opened a new tab, created and designed my own blog, and started writing. And I haven’t stopped since then.

What is your favorite book?

All of my favorite books are made by the same author, so I’m going to talk about her.

Cassandra Clare is my GODDESS. I practically worship her and everything she writes. You can tell a lot about her personality through her writing. She’s quirky, sarcastic, funny, and has a vast imagination. Cassandra is what I aspire to be as a writer.

She is known for writing The Shadowhunter Chronicles, which is a franchise made up of several different series. This franchise includes the following book series, all of which I have read and enjoyed.

The Mortal Instruments.

The Infernal Devices.

The Dark Artifices.

 The Bane Chronicles.

What are you guys waiting for?! Go check her out! I guarantee that once you pick up one of her books, you won’t be able to put it down.

What do you dislike the most?

Although I’ve managed to deal with it over the years, I have a huge height complex. It irks me when people are taller than me. XD

But I’ve come to realize that the problem’s not with me…

What is your favorite food item at the mall?

Whenever I go to the mall (which is very often), I ALWAYS pig out on Dairy Queen. Their desserts are just too delicious to pass up.

What is your favorite pastime?

Other than watching anime, I love reading fanfiction. You will find me nose-deep into my phone reading romantic fanfiction literally 98% of the time. It’s the only way I can escape from canon pairings that I hate.
